While girls automatically move to the next level based on age, girls have the opportunity to earn Level Awards.
Below are the Level Awards and their requirements.
Complete one activity from each Stepping Stone:
• Starting the Adventure
• Love God
• Cherish My Family
• Honor My Country
• Serve in My Community
• Next Step
2. Participate in at least one service project.
3. Attend one Special Event.
4. Attend one Troop meeting or other event with a Tenderheart Unit.
5. Meet with Unit Leader/ Parent Leader to talk about what she has learned.
Be an active, registered Troop Member by regularly participating in Troop meetings and activities.
Participate in a flag ceremony each of the 3 years of membership as a Tenderheart.
Hold a Girl Leadership Position for at least two months during your years as a Tenderheart.
Complete one badge from each Badge Frontier:
a. Heritage b. Family Living c. Arts
d. Outdoor Skills e. Personal Well-Being f. Science & Technology
5. Complete one year of Faith Award programming for your Program Level.
6. Complete five hours of service each year of membership as a Tenderheart.
7. At least once as a Tenderheart, participate and assist in the setup of a Troop or community activity or event for one hour.
8. Bring a friend to a Troop meeting or social event one time within your Program Level.
9. Attend one AHG social event each year of membership as a Tenderheart.
10. As a Tenderheart, tent or cabin camp for one night or participate in an all-day hiking adventure.
11. Visit an Explorer Unit for one meeting in your final year as a Tenderheart. 12. Participate in a Board of Review.
Be an active, registered Troop Member by regularly participating in Troop meetings and activities.
Participate in a flag ceremony each year of membership as an Explorer.
Hold a Girl Leadership Position for at least three months during your years as an Explorer.
Complete one badge from each Badge Frontier:
a. Heritage b. Family Living c. Arts
d. Outdoor Skills e. Personal Well-Being f. Science & Technology
Complete one year of Faith Award programming for your Level.
Complete 10 hours of service each year of membership as an Explorer.
Assist in planning and implementing a Troop or community activity or event for at least two hours.
Bring a friend to a Troop meeting or social event one time within your Program Level.
Attend one AHG social event each year of membership as an Explorer.
As an Explorer, tent camp for two nights. Nights do not need to be consecutive and can be counted toward your Camping Badge.
Visit a Pioneer Unit for one meeting in your final year as an Explorer.
Participate in a Board of Review.
Be an active, registered Troop Member by regularly participating in Troop meetings and activities.
Call a flag ceremony at least once for each year of membership as a Pioneer.
Hold a Girl Leadership Position for at least four months during your years as a Pioneer.
Complete one badge from each Badge Frontier:
a. Heritage b. Family Living c. Arts
d. Outdoor Skills e. Personal Well-Being f. Science & Technology
Complete one year of Faith Award programming for your Level.
Complete 15 hours of service each year of membership as a Pioneer.
Plan, organize, and implement a Troop or Multi-Troop activity or event for a minimum 10 hours of work.
Create a recruitment video or news article to share with your Charter Organization, or AHG, Inc., one time within your Program Level.
Attend one social event each year of membership as a Pioneer.
As a Pioneer, camp for two nights in a tent or primitive structure.
Visit a Patriot Unit for one meeting in your final year as a Pioneer.
Participate in a Board of Review
Being an active, registered Troop Member by regularly participating.
Plan or lead other girls in a flag ceremony at least once for each year you are working on this Level Award.
Hold a Girl Leadership Position for at least six months within the first two years as a Patriot.
Complete a live or online leadership training.
Complete one badge from each Badge Frontier:

d. Outdoor Skills e. Personal Well-Being f. Science & Technology
Complete Faith Award programming for your Level.
Complete 20 hours of service each year you are working on this Level Award.
Plan, promote, and implement a Multi-Troop or a community outreach project for a minimum 25 hours of work.
Create a recruitment video or news article to share with AHG, Inc., local newspapers, or new station one time within your Program Level.
Attend one social event each year of membership as a Patriot.
Camp for three nights in a tent or primitive structure.
Learn what opportunities are available to you as an Adult Member after you turn 18 and complete the AHG Program.
